Processing a Repair:
If you have a product that is in need of repair, please contact our technical department. They can offer remedies and altenate solutions to your problems. They will also be able to issue an RMA # (Return Manufacturer Authorization Number). Never send a product back to us without an RMA# as it will be refused.
